Although we do not require a note from your medical provider, Bond with Baby Ultrasound reserves the right to contact your provider. This ultrasound does NOT scan for fetal anomalies. This ultrasound is solely the purpose of entertainment and bonding with your baby and is NOT a diagnostic ultrasound.
